When placing your order, please select the country that the product needs to be delivered to from the dropdown menu. If your destination is not on the list, this is because the cost of shipping to that destination is greater than the standard shipping fee. Please contact us directly and we will provide you with a bespoke shipping cost.
If you are based in the UK, you have two shipping options:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) - £3.99
- Priority Delivery (1-3 business days) - £4.99
If you live outside of the UK, your shipping options are as follows:
- Europe Standard Delivery (7-9 business days) - £10.99
- Worldwide Standard Delivery (9-15 business days) - £19.99
Please note, delivery timescales for international countries can vary. We will contact you directly if the timescale for your shipping address is outside of the timeframes quoted above.
If you order products from us for delivery to a destination outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that We have no control over these charges and We cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes; you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law; and if you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.
Our dresses are packaged with a security ribbon. If this is removed or damaged then you will not be able to return the dress.
We have a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and with all tags and original packaging intact. You will be asked to indicate the reason for the return as part of the process.
For UK returns, a fee of £3.50 will be deducted from the refunded value.
For International returns, the shipping cost is highly variable and the exact amount will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us in advance if you would like an indication of the estimated cost.
All refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product. Please allow for any additional time that funds take to clear with your bank.
To process a return, please visit the Returns page on our website. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address to login to your order. You then need to follow some simple steps in order to generate a shipping code and label.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You would need to return the dress and re-order.
Thai silk is a very delicate fabric. To ensure that your dress remains in good condition, please follow these care instructions carefully:
Washing: No machine wash - cold hand wash or dry cleaning is recommended
Ironing: A steamer is recommended for most of our products (particularly those made from thinner silk). For dresses made with thicker silk, a regular iron can be used (but it is recommended to place a cloth over the dress first and avoid direct contact between the iron and the silk).
Storage: Store in cool dry place and, if possible, cover with plastic. Keep away from damp and strong sunlight.
Detergent: Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
We aim to process orders as promptly as we possibly can. Whilst this means you will get your dress as soon as possible, it does also mean that you cannot change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
